Megan Paul is a fourth year medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine Mount Sinai, who grew up in Southbury, CT. She attended Dartmouth College and majored in Biology and Math with a Spanish minor. Prior to medical school, Megan worked in private equity consulting, where she worked in the consumer, healthcare, and life sciences industries. Megan took a Scholarly Year this past year at UCLA as part of the Research to Prevent Blindness Medical Student Eye Research Fellowship, where she studied vision care disparities and social determinants of health as they relate to ophthalmology. Outside of medicine, Megan is an avid runner, swimmer, and hiker and participates in trivia with some of her medical school classmates.
